Tafach Mar is an Ethiopian honey brand offering three varieties—dark, red, and white honey—each bottled under our own label. Our name, ጣፋጭ ማር, means "sweet honey" in Amharic, and it's the idea behind everything we put in a jar.
We're a small operation, and we like it that way: it means we can pay closer attention to how our honey is handled, packaged, and sent out the door.
